Was getting out, so asked the site lead if they had any openings. They had no idea what I did but knew that the customer was happy. Project manager also had no idea but knew the customer was happy. Hired on the spot. About a year later I had to explain to the project manager what I do, he walked out mid explanation, said it was above his knowledge level.
