I applied online. I interviewed at Cherry Advertising (London, England)
Interview
The first round of the interview was with the hiring manger. A take-home task after that and you'll be asked to present it on site in the second round, which is a panel.

Question 1
How do you work with client service / account team?
Very quick 2 step process. Had a video call with the hiring managers and then completed a task which I presented back in a face to face interview to some of the wider team.
Nice offices and very nice and approachable interviewers. Everyone seems to get on really well at the agency, there was a nice vibe in the office when I visited so you got a good indication of what the culture is like there.
Whole process took just over a week from application to offer stage. Super quick and efficient.

Question 1
When have you completed a difficult task as part of a team?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cherry Advertising (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
Applied in Nov 2021 and was contacted 2 weeks later for an interview. I interviewed with 2 members of the team I could potentially be joining. It was very relaxed, and they spent a good amount of time talking about the company and what they do and overall they were very nice.
I then had a second interview with 2 other people at Cherry and I had to complete a formatting and email task and present to the interview. Interviewers seemed receptive to the tasks. I would say one of the interviewers gave quite an unpleasant vibe and was yawning at times during the interview which was discouraging.
Like a lot of companies who don't seem to appreciate or value the time candidates put in to taking the time to do interviews and tasks, I never heard back from Cherry for a final decision. Slightly ironic considering how much they kept going on about how much of a friendly and nice environment Cherry is, HR can't seem to take 5 minutes to send a rejection email.
