I applied online and received a call to schedule an interview in about 2 weeks. After the interview I got a response back in a week. Overall the interview was easy just took a while for responses.
Easy pretty much just went over the process and got hired on the spot. No formal training process and it was an easy job overall, hardest aspect was selling memberships
