I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service (Winsford, North West England, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
A lengthy and drawn out process, multiple online assessments followed by a physical assessment and finally an interview. There's no feedback following any stage due to the volume of applicants. No merit list unlike some other services. Good facilities and helpful staff who encourage potential recruits.
