Th interview process was long and drawn out. Four total interviews with four different people in a span of three weeks. Salary was not discussed until final round, then after the final interview I was ghosted even though I was assured by multiple people I would be given an answer from the Chess.com team even if I did not get the position. It's a shame because everyone seemed very nice and welcoming, but this definitely was a strange experience. They should list the salary range prior to the interview process since it's set in their budget.
