Chetwood Financial interview questions

3 parts. Initial interview, skills assessment, interview with HR and team member. Initial interview conversational, second interview challenging, third interview was conversational. They were thorough and made sure I had a good understanding of SDLC as well as knowledge of financial service.

Three step process, good conversational interviews and gave me opportunities to ask questions too. There were the usual basic questions you'd expect about the foundations of agile and scrum, and showing evidence of varied experiences and how you might approach challenging situations, and then there were some more high level quesitons about strategic approach and where you might need to step more into the coach role and intereact with leadership and stakeholders to ensure they're interacting and creating an environment for an agile approach to succeed
