      Office Coordinator Interview

      21 Mar 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chewy in Mar 2019

      Interview

Consisted of phone two phone interviews and in person interview where I spoke with four people. The overall process seemed disorganized I was kept waiting for the next person to be available. I realized during the interview, despite having the experience for the job, I was not a good culture fit for them. They seem to hire a younger crowd and I am bit older than the others working in that department. I was told I would hear back either way. I never did. Be professional and communicate with your candidates, whether they are being hired or not.

      Question 1

What are you looking for in a manager? How are you at working independently? Have you ever been fired or let go from a job?
