Interview
I went in, took a typing test and sat down with a recruiter and had a lovely chat with her, talked about past jobs and hobbies, etc. They asked what motivates me, and about my work ethic.

Where do you see yourself within the company in a year?
The interview was very fast and straight forward. I answered the basic questions, did a tour, took a typing test and that was it. The interview was done on site where you would work in the back office. The interview itself was very casual and quick. Seemed like they weren't interested in my skills, but mainly in my ability to show up and type fast

Interview
Simple interview with a 30 minute call with recruiter. Recruiter asked behavior based questions. Used star method for answer. They went over generally what the role is. Afterwards I was sent a job offer via email.

Interview
Someone called and asked a few questions and they hired me right then. Pretty easy as long as you sound confident in your answers. Then had to wait for training class to open and select my hours.
