Went well they were nice and professional but I didn’t move forward because the position was too entry level I just wanted to be at the company but it seems like a fun place to work

I have never had a more unprofessional experience with recruiters. Interviews scheduled and canceled five minutes before the call or after the call was scheduled FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. I was honestly amazed at the lack of maturity. Simply, “My day got busy” every time. Zero apology. I should have just ghosted him right back. But I took the call, sucked it up and delivered a solid interview. Was told I’d be hearing from the hiring manage next and received an automated rejection email from a position I didn’t even apply to weeks later. Chewy customer service might be noteworthy, but their recruiters need to be held accountable. This has soured my perception of the company as a whole.
