Interview
Interviewed over the phone first, it went well and then we had an in-person interview. I was asked typical questions during this, and then was asked to shadow a person around to watch what they do. I informed them I had a train to catch later that day, as I hadn't planned on being there for more than a couple hours (I had commuted from out of town). This didn't sway the interviewer, and I found myself driving around Chicago suburbs for the next 3 hours doing basically door to door sales. The impression of the role and how it was described to me were nothing compared to what this position actually was for. They wanted college graduates; though high-schoolers could do what this role called for.

Interview
The interview took about 2 weeks, one interview with Cody, a full day job shadow (door to door sales) and a final round with another office manager, Michael.
I initially accepted the position, and was stunned to find the office was completely empty on my first day. I inquired and was hastily told to come to a suburb twenty minutes south of O'Hare... I have no car and was completely blindsided by this. I felt disrespected and forgotten - not to mention, the 'role' I had applied for had also changed - they now do retail sales (selling AT&T bundles at big retailers like Walmart and Costco). If you value your time, don't bother.

Interview
In my opinion, this is a poorly run, deceitful, and disorganized business that seems to be operating in a fashion comparable to a pyramid scheme. I wish I read the reviews more thoroughly before wasting my time, energy, and money to travel to do an interview here. Upon arrival, one of the employees took me to get lunch (that I paid for - since he got out of line to get a table once I ordered my meal). There, he explained the business's operations to me and how they do in-store sales to customers. He then took me to the field to shadow him. The “field" was a Walmart in a seemingly unsafe part of town. He set up a table there with advertisements as he tried to sell a product to passerby. After watching him for about 20 minutes, he told me I should probably get an uber home - so the interview ended at Walmart. To add to this, I was told I would hear back the next day about my status on the interview, and I never heard back from them. Even if I was offered a position, I would not accept it. I would rather be unemployed and continue searching than work here.
