Met for a screen, had a good conversation. Asked what about the organization was special, why Blackhawks. Ultimately didn’t hear back but liked the company and seemed like a good opportunity.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chicago Blackhawks (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2025
Interview
The process in itself wasn’t bad, pretty straight forward, however, they did take forever to move this process along. What was shocking was that they told my company that I was interviewing with them without my consent, and not at a reference/background point.

Question 1
What type of improvements have you made?
Tell me about a difficult talk you had to have with a direct report.
How do you prioritize these two projects and why?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chicago Blackhawks (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did six different interviews and a larger project during the interview process for this role and never heard back. Continued to see the same job posted for several months under different job titles. Would have been nice just to receive an update on the hiring status after such a long interview process.
