The method in which this organization hires is inefficient for a candidate. It starts out with a group interview, in which there are about 5-7 other candidates in the room. 2nd round is 45 min interview with some team members, and the 3rd round is a 30 min presentation and 20 min Q + A. They give you a weekend to create a 90 day plan for the position, which is unheard of in my experience in the non profit world. Not only does this create unnecessary pressure on the candidate, but also it seems like a waste of everyones time given that their prompt is not specific AT ALL, is written poorly, and overall unclear. Literally a 3 page prompt with many errors and messy formatting. You are allowed to ask questions but it can be hard to ask the right questions without any context. Overall, the experience took about 2 weeks. I was promised to hear back end of day and they took two extra days to get back to me. Overall, a very unprofessional and messy way of handling a candidates' time. Be aware that they do ask a lot of your time and energy in the interview process.
