We are actively looking at our interview process and making positive changes so we can better manage the mass of applicants applying and in turn run a much quicker, and smoother process. We receive a high volume of applications and want to give everybody a chance to come in and meet us, we begin to filter the weaker candidates out after meeting them and giving them a chance to sit down face to face with us. It is important to us that the selected candidates join us for an open day so they can take on board more in-depth information and grasp a better understanding of our business, so they can make a well informed decision about the role and opportunities available.
