I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Canton, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
three interview stages. one with director of sales, then general manager, then franchise owner. very easy. hardly any questions asked. I was told in the first interview that I was pretty much hired. Once I met the GM, he confirmed I was hired and then set another date and had me fill out paperwork with the owner. I didn't receive compensation for this, as they counted it as a third interview. I knew the former general manager at this particular location so that may have helped in my favor, as well as my availability perfectly matched what they were looking for at that point in time.
I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Riverview, FL)
Interview
It was to the point. They were very pleasant and the questions were reasonable not hard answer. They made me feel comfortable and valued as a option. I really wanted to work there
Applied online, received a quick email scheduling an interview. Met with a manager who asked behavioral and customer service questions. Friendly, straightforward process with offer communicated the next day. Very positive.
