Interview
Very direct and concise, with everything you need to know, clearly laid out. The questions are also very simple and easy to answer. As long as you have a good chat with your interviewer, it should get really well.
It was in a comfortable presence. There was little tension and stress on having the perfect answer and was very personable. Consisted of various knowledge based questions about the company and general expectations that was mostly common sense. Follow up was company policies and expectations that may not be as front-forward.
