Asks about personal goals, why you want to work here questions, where you see yourself in 5-10 years. You get 2-3 interviews, a little tedious. First two in person, while last is through zoom to discuss finalizations.

Interview
The interview process was warm and talkative. The interviewer was focused on my smile and how friendly I was. Once disclosed that I did not have a car the interview was over, his colleague came and stood next to us like it’s time to wrap this up making no eye contact.
The interview process is pretty straight forward. It is not nerve wracking, and I feel like they really try to get to know you. They ask about experience, availability, and personal strength and weaknesses.

Group Interview, activities with sticky notes and other things to get to know eachother, then we introduced eachother to show our understanding of each other. Owner of restaurant and other manager was there taking notes etc.
