I applied online. I interviewed at Children First (India) (Delhi Cantonment) in Oct 2024
Interview
The first round started with a group discussion. The Hiring Manager asked to speak on different topics. It was then followed by 3 in-person interviews. In my second round, the interviewers looked friendly and we had a nice 30 minute conversation. 2 days later I got a call from the manager that I have been selected for Gurgaon location and I declined as it would be quite a distance. He then said that he would try to get me the job in Delhi as "I saw you and really liked you. You seemed confident and precise in your answers. So I would try to put a word for you." The same night he sent me a request on Snapchat, which i found inappropriate but ignored. A day or two later, he texted me around 3 at night asking if I can talk to him as he was driving home and is sleepy. The behavior was unprofessional. I thought he is neither respecting my space or my boundaries, working with him will only make things worse.

I interviewed at Children First (India) (New Delhi)
Interview
Really great! Asked me questions about myself, how I view the field, my values and goals. It's a lot about how your ideas align with the organisation's ideas. Not a lot of pressure in terms of mock therapy in particular which a lot of other places have and is a bad index of measurement
