they shared the questions they wanted to ask beforehand and stick to them during the interview; no follow-up questions. They were three people on the zoom call. I assume it was supposed to be a two-round interview process

Interview
I was asked to prepare a campaign proposal in advance of the first interview. I had two in-person panel interviews there after. After the interview, I was not notified of a hiring decision by the company for nearly a month, and only heard back after sending multiple emails and calling the office. Perhaps I pestered them?
