Interview
The interview process was two steps. The first was a series of questions related to previous experience, availability for the required days and hours, and some basic requirements for attorneys. The second step was a panel asking questions and giving hypotheticals more tailored to the attorney’s position. It was a longer interview, close to two-hours. The panelist said there was no right or wrong answers, but I still felt pressure to answer in the direction they were looking for.

Invited for half-hour virtual HR screen and first interview. The interviewer told me about the development of the policy part and then focused on my advocacy skills with concern that they were not recent.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I did one phone interview with the team lead, it was maybe 15 to 20 minutes. I had a great experience at the Children’s Law Center!
