I interviewed at Children's Learning Connection (Huntington Beach, CA)
Interview
This was back in 2020 during the pandemic. There was a short phone interview before the main interview. The main interview was held through Zoom with two employees. Common questions were asked during the interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Children's Learning Connection (Remote) in Jul 2019
Interview
Very easy. They'll take anyone who wants to work there. They really don't care if you do a good job, so long as you show up. Questions on interview include, how many ways can you show how to play with this toy?
short phone call, then video interview, asked scenario based questions: what would you do if a child is having a fit, if the parents dont agree with your techniques, etc.
