I had three rounds of interviews. First one was over the phone, one was via Skype, the last one was in person. The first two interviews were fine but the third interview and my experience afterwards was very negative. First, they scheduled the interview during the day at 2:00 pm and refused to reschedule it. After my interview, which the interviewer dismissed me without much care, I offered to closed the door. As I was closing the door, the interviewer got up and forcefully shut it. Overall, my interviewer treated me as if they had already chosen the person for the position. I waited a week for someone to contact me back which is quite some time considering it was a third round interview. After waiting a week, I called the head HR Manager who very casually informed me that I did not get the position and that they simply were too busy to let me know. Two full weeks went by before I got the official email stating that I did not get the position. The HR team was very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive.
