I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar (Beckley, WV) in Dec 2014
Interview
It was a two-step, face-to-face interview. First I interviewed with the gen. manager and he asked me the typical work history questions and told me he'd schedule me to come in to talk to the kitchen manager a few days later. He asked pretty much the same questions and my availability. A week later I was working.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar in Aug 2022
Interview
The system let me schedule a interview for a Saturday at 11:30am .
I showed up to the interview 15 minutes early and let them know I was interviewing today , But the manager told me they don’t do weekend interviews.
I handed her my resume and she informed me they are in need of a prep cook ,she then told me she would give it to the GM and call me back Monday .
They never reached out , i interviewed at another chain for the same position and got hired on the spot .
