Applied online. 2 weeks later, I received a phone call and was asked to come in to interview. I first interviewed with the Team Lead, Store manager ( and discussed hours) and FOH Manager. I received an offer. VERY easy interview.

It was a lot of waiting for a manager to be free, but it was a fairly quick interview. Then I got called into a second one, where I got the job after I interviewed.
It was a very simple and straightforward interview. You do not need any prior experience, they just wanted availability and are flexible and understanding with scheduling, especially for employees still in school
