Describe CMI and how would you work with a team comprised of people from all over the world
I was invited to complete a written test and attend an group interview. The written test mainly assessed English proficiency and the ability to apply it in workplace scenarios. The group interview has a relatively relaxed atmosphere and friendly interviewers.

The first round is something about project management in a team, I feel they pretty emphasis on the team dynamic as a core element.
