I applied online. I interviewed at Chino Valley Medical Center (Chino, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I received a phone call to schedule an one-on-one interview with the department manager. The department manager was kind and the interview did not feel stressful. The interview took about 20-30 minutes, and was straightforward. I had more behavioral questions vs clinically-specific questions but I think that was because I gave clinical examples for the behavioral-based questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chino Valley Medical Center (Chino Hills, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
My interview was a virtual interview over Zoom. I arrived at the group meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled interview. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. I later received an email stating the person who was conducting my interview "forgot" about our meeting. First impressions are everything, and if employers expect us to be professional, on time, and organized for our job interviews, I expect the same from the person who is conducting them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing, because they never showed up. Very unprofessional.
Interview process was pleasant. Offer was made, declined due to being a small hospital so pay was not competitive compared to other surrounding hospitals. Interviewed directly with the Unit manager
