Choice Advertising interview questions

I got a phone call from choice advertising. I was scheduled at 9am for an interview in fremont. When I got there, the people were all standing outside waiting for the manager. It was a quite small office. When I saw the people waiting to be interviewed, I questioned if they asked all the applicants to attend this interview. Because people were not wearing professionally and there were two people over 50 years old. And that was an entry level position. The company didn't have any guaranteed salary. They offered 392 each week as base salary. I was told I needed to earn commission. They were trying to promote direct tv and everything. Tuesday and Wednesday off. Very nice people there though. The HR manager even put on music to relieve the intensity. Anyway, I got email confirmation saying I passed the first round. My second round of interview is scheduled two days later.
