Question 1
Strategy, Operational Improvements, Organizational recommendations, 30-60-90 day plan; highly engaging, collaborative, thought provoking - the culture of the company really came through in a good way through the interviews and served as an accurate reflection of daily life in the company

Interview
Initial 30-minute call to discuss the usual screening stuff: job requirements, skillset, etc.software engineering position. It was via Zoom, but video was not required. Did not hear back after this, unfortunately. Though I was prepared for that based upon another interview review here that mentioned (direct quote) "disorganized and disrespectful" treatment.
Hello, we are so sorry that you did not hear back from us. This is not the standard that we uphold ourselves to as candidate experience is very important to us. We always aim to give an update to our candidates within three business days. Apologies if there was any miscommunication, and we hope that you will give us another chance next time to do better.

Interview
Recruiter call, hiring manager call, coding round with a staff engineer, followed by panel - hour with CTO, 45 mins w/ the QA manager, 45 mins with product manager.
When given feedback on why I wasn’t receiving an offer I was told the QA manager felt I didn’t “respect QA”. The product manager said I had low energy”. I’m autistic with flat non verbals , and had traveled for a funeral the day of the interviews. A mental health startup rejection on the grounds of “low energy” is staggering.
