I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ChowNow (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process at ChowNow was fairly standard. First I had a phone interview with the recruiting manager. I answered questions regarding my experience and why I am applying for the specific role. After the phone call, I was invited in for an interview at ChowNow HQ. I interviewed with three different people, including the COO. Questions ranged from experience, hobbies, why I wanted to work at ChowNow, how my experience applies to the Account Coordinator position, etc. The COO also threw in a few creative questions (i.e. sell me Instagram, favorite restaurants/apps...) After this interview round I was invited back to interview with the same employees. This round dug deeper into my career path/goals and how that aligns with ChowNow. Overall it was a fairly standard interview experience and each interviewer made me feel comfortable and valued.

Very concise and great communication along the way. Consisted of one recruiter call and one hiring manager call. Hiring manager conversation was very informal and inviting. Started the 30 minutes with very warm rapport building and chatted fluidly about past experiences, aspirations, and the role.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ChowNow (Kansas City, MO) in Nov 2019
Interview
My interview process consisted of 3 interviews. Two interviews over the phone and the third on-site interview with multiple meetings. I also had a written assignment and role play exercise to go with the third interview. The whole process was very enjoyable and professional. It felt like the company was not only wanting to know about my previous work experiences, but it felt like they really aimed to know me personally and how I fit in with ChowNow's culture. They even requested feedback from me about the process. It was very refreshing to encounter a company who cares so much about employee satisfaction.
