Interview
A Christie's interviewer came to my college to conduct interviews for applicants applying to their year-long internship. Despite having only submitted my resume, I was still contacted for an interview, which lasted about forty-five minutes. It was a typical interview with all of the stereotypical questions, which made it a bit difficult to stand out in what was a competitive pool.

Interview
First they looked at resume, then they sent out a Hireview (recorded video), then zoom call with a person from hiring department, its good to have connections to get job here (less than 2% acceptance rate)

Asked greatest weakness/strength, why the art world, why Christie's, time you worked in a group, time you had to manage conflict, and time you felt you failed
CV Screening > HR interview (online) - in English, Chinese, Cantonese > Panel head interview (physical) > Offer
The department would be assigned by HR.
It took around 30 minutes for both interviews.

2 rounds - one in-person interview and one written test (to be submitted within 24 hours after the interview was done)
Overall chill, wasn't a single tricky question. Manager and hr are super nice.
