Interview
Everyone I spoke with provided straight-forward, transparent guidance on the process with quick responses. The questions made sense, were linked directly to the work I would be doing, and gave the sense that they knew what they were doing.

Question 1
Questions that sought out examples of my experience on recruiting and stakeholder mgmt scenarios.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chronicle (CA) (Mountain View, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
3 phone/hang outs calls, onsite interview and a follow up hang outs call. Initially I had calls with a recruiter, sourcer and the CPO. While onsite I met with members of the People Operations team and a couple people representing other business groups. The final follow up call was with the CRO. Everyone I met with was exceptional in their respected craft, extremely intelligent and very down to earth. I was so impressed, not only by their experience, but also how humble and kind everyone was. Everyone was so passionate about Chronicle and the mission they are all on. They did an amazing job communicating with me regarding feedback and next steps and setting expectations throughout the entire process. The timeline of the interview process was more due to my availability than theirs, otherwise it would have been much faster.
