how do you manage challenge behaviour
The interview was short, quick and super easy! After the interview they get you into training right away. Getting your references to answer the phone was the hardest part. Overall an easy process.

Interview
Interviewer seemed inexperienced in interviewing, and awkward in her dialogue. The interviewer deemed to also be irritated or put off by follow-up questions, making me think there likely was more work than what was being presented. Overall, it seemed like a very lackluster and bland interview experience.
