I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chuck E. Cheese (Chesapeake, VA) in Apr 2013
Interview
First interview was a joke. The GM took the day off and still came in for the interview however he was wearing jeans and a tshirt. The interview was 18 minutes long and didn't ask me anything other than the normal stuff.
The second interview was the next day with the district manager and a lot more serious. I was grilled with business questions and management stuff. It was easy but very unexpected. The DM was very easy to talk to about business and general personal questions.

I called the recruiter and was given a next day interview with the District Manager. We hit it off and spoke for hours. I felt confident that I would get a job offer, which I did.
