The interview process was great. I really thought that this was somewhere I would enjoy working. I met with three members of the senior management team, including the owner of the company. They kept me there for over an hour waiting to meet the owner, which I thought was a good sign. Turns out they have him meet everyone who interviews. The followup time was unnecessarily long, however.

It was a very nice experience. In the first interview I met with the Director of Digital Services and then the Digital Marketing Manager. Both made me feel very comfortable with the position and the company. Then I was walked through the entire office and introduced to all of the different departments. In the second interview I met with the Owner and he was extremely pleasant. I could definitely see myself at such a wonderful company and working with such a great group of people.
