Step 1: Must send your cover letter and resume to the HR manager Nielsen
Step 2: HR will contact you via phone and conduct a phone interview (It took 1-2 business days for him to get back with me)
Step 3: If the phone interview goes well, he will contact the hiring manager and see if they want to bring you in for a face-to-face interview. I got a call for an interview with the Managers of the department I was applying for about 4 days later. The interview was 2 days after the call.
Step 4: If the face-to-face interview goes well and HR hiring agrees, you are hired. If they can't make a decision, they may call select people to come back in for a second interview before a decision is made. This whole process can take up to a week.
