I interviewed at Churchill China (Stoke-on-Trent, England)
Interview
The first interview was with a HR representative, and then the second interview was with three managers from different sectors of the company. The interviewers did not seem coordinated and one arrived late.

Interview
The first-round interview was in person but only lasted 25 minutes, focusing on reviewing my CV and strengths-based questions. Given the length and nature of the interview, it might have been more effective to conduct this online, especially for candidates commuting over an hour from outside Stoke-on-Trent. Many larger companies, similar in size to Churchill, typically conduct first-round interviews for graduate programmes online.
Additionally, the communication regarding who I would be speaking with was unclear, and I had to do my own research to find out.
Lastly, providing more detailed information, such as directions and the exact location of the HQ, would help candidates better prepare and avoid confusion in travelling as signage is not always clear.
