Interview was very professional and straightforward, felt more like a conversation than interview. Asked how well you work in a team, how you deal with setbacks, an example of a time you had to communicate something in a team, and to explain who you are and your background.

Interview
Absolute mess of a company. Phone interview with HR was positive - set up a time for an in person interview with the hiring manager a few days later.
Arrived early for my interview and had to wait for an employee to go to lunch to find parking. Employees were parking in the visitor spots the lot was so full. Followed an employee in and had the door dropped closed in my face. Entered reception to be ignored while 3 people chatted in Spanish, then was pointed at a tablet to sign in and ignored again.
HR rep comes to meet me and asks if I got her email postponing the interview. I did not, as it was sent while I was walking into their offices. She said she couldn't call me because she couldn't find my phone number... while holding my resume with my number on it. Then tells me she wasn't aware that the person she scheduled me to interview with was in California and then flying to Japan - no idea when she'd be back, but they'd definitely reach out to reschedule. I never heard back.
