I applied online, talked with HR recruiter and followed up talking with VP and PM on project. Interview process requires you to do a Predictive Index test for the job. Fairly easy but taking practice tests online can help improve your score. Also, my suggestion to you is to have a cheat-sheet of fraction to decimal calculations handy since there are a lot of those questions in the test AND have ChatGPT handy to handle the word problem tests. A stop-watch running in background ticking off every 12 seconds can help with timing.... Not really confident that they really know what they want...during process they where rethinking the role and that delayed interviews by 2 weeks until they sorted that out...PM seems like a nice guy but seemed to be intimidated with someone with more experience joining team. Ghoasted.

Easy interview process, Standard questions. I was asked if I was OK with cleaning bathrooms. Also asked what makes me different from others. I asked the interviewer more questions then he asked me.
