I've interviewed for about 7 positions and many lead to rejections and some ghosted. Got 2 job offers. What I can tell you after a pretty hefty interview experience: Interviews are easy but too many (each position had like 4 interviews). Typical questions about experiences. The most important questions they ask is what you are doing in the future (and I got asked this every single interview). It is a total stump question because if you say that you plan to pursue higher education, they won't consider you, since they want commitment. I genuinely think I got rejected from the positions because I said I plan to go back to school in the future. For CRC positions, it's good to have research experience, but not necessary. It gives something to talk about.

I applied online and was contacted appx. 3 weeks later. I met with the supervisor, then with potential coworkers. I was first asked "tell me about yourself" then interviewers moved on to situation based questions. HR followed up with me afterwards regarding next steps.
