I submitted resume for a patent attorney/agent position. I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. Attended the phone interview and the representative clearly didn’t understand the position or what was required to do the job. A person was in the position for a long time and finally retired, and the company wasn’t to fill the position by vastly underpaying. The representative said they would contact me regarding the next steps. I never heard from them again.
