First a phone screen with the recruiter, then an interview with leadership in the department, then an interview with others on the team. There also was an extensive process for references.
Everything seemed ok but the recruiter was awful. I had to contact her during every step of the way and she would not answer. I eventually found out that I did not get the job when I checked the employee portal . I think after 3 interviews, the professional and courteous thing to do is to at least email someone.
