Recorded basic information, followed by questions on work ethic and dependability. Also inquired about movie interests. Very simple and non-stressful. The interview was one on one with a manager and most of the questions were not difficult whatsoever. One tougher question included, "What would you do if you came across a difficult customer?" because at the time I had never had a previous job, so answering was challenging.

Easy, relatively informal, asked for any prior experience with troublesome customers, manager made all responsibilities clear at the beginning, was out in the theater lobby during active hours, went over upselling techniques

Straight forward. Applied on company site, received an interview offer one week after the application was submitted. Offered a position by the end of the week. I declined the posturing as I got another offer from a different job I applied to.
