fairly quick, multiple managers fill out questionnaire, multiple interruptions from theater employees, asked t practice up selling popcorn combos, inquired about training in other departments such as box office and usher. decision made within a day s,tarted within 2 weeks.
Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.
