Very easy, I had two interviews and both were both very comfortable and easy. Asked basic questions, even asked what your favorite movie was and why. I got hired almost immediately after the second interview.

Tell me about a time when you had good customer service.
There was only one interview that was done in the main lobby area of the building. It wasn't a horrible spot but it was very public and distracting. Basic questions.
Interview was easy going and was asked basic behavioral questions. Met with two different managers and interview was about 30 minutes. Heard back within a week and accepted the job offer.

Conversational interview where they asked me basic questions about me. They asked about my favorite movie, extra curriculars, why I want to work there. It was about 60 minutes and they gave me the job after the interview
