I applied online. I interviewed at Circle K (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2012
Interview
Asked a lot of questions about past employment and my personal life, personal goals, etc. I explained how I had been a store manager before and what I was responsible for in those positions. I was given a tour of the store and a brief description of the daily role of the store manager and asked if it was something I may be interested in.
Moving up from store assistant there was a test and training. Then I had a multi step interview. Very professional. Had already worked with company for 2 years so I was comfortable with the upper management.

I applied online. I interviewed at Circle K (Tucson, AZ) in Jan 2022
Interview
Refused to be upfront about shift work, not used to interviewing people who aren't desperate. They just need warm bodies to fill the gaps right now. You can't really refuse overtime, like if someone doesn't show up for their shift in the morning you can't leave.
