I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Circle Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2021
Interview
My experience was similar to that of the previous few posts. Circle relies on having *multiple* recruitment officers spam the inboxes of soon to be graduates, putting them through online assessments that "determine your background and fit,” which decides your fate before the interview, since the company that sells the software claims it does better than any HR at predicting worker output. A recruiter reached out to me on on LinkedIn, scheduled a call for the next day. I accepted. They never showed up for the call. They later apologized for missing the meeting, and informed me they'd be scheduling me tomorrow, calling me the wrong name in the process (even with my name clearly listed on my LinkedIn profile). Normally this would be a red flag-- but I figured they were dealing with many potential recruits and let it pass.
Another recruiter from Circle messages me, and sets up a phone screening. After passing the phone screening, I am invited for an in-person interview. During the interview I was told multiple times "we are trying to hire 50 people within the next three months".
Instead of looking at my resume, the interviewer asked one question: "How does your experience fit the role". My interviewer told me the interview went well, went as far as asking about my preferred salary and start date, and informed me that the hiring manager would be recaching out to me later that week. Not less than 15 hours after the interview I receive an automated rejection letter. I wrote an email thanking the interviewer for his time and asked for feedback, and received no response.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Circle Logistics (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had two interviews, one with a recruiter, and one with a hiring manager. The first two interviews went smoothly (at least I thought they did) and I was told at the end of the second interview that I would most likely hear back by the end of the day the next day, or the following Monday. That was two weeks ago. If you are going to give someone a timeline, at least have the decency to politely tell them that you are moving forward with a different candidate. Best part is that this position is still open, so there really is no good reason that they had to ghost me, they could have simply said “We are looking for a candidate with a background better aligned for the position.”
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Circle Logistics (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Applied online, had a couple phone screenings. Had two face to face interviews at their office. Got a tour of the new facility, it's gorgeous! Team is very nice and upbeat. Shadowed one person on my first visit and two people on my second visit. Met with HR and a manager at each appointment. Smooth but long Interview process. Very thorough.
