Don't believe anything they tell you.
They deducted 10% of the agreed-upon salary when the contract was printed up, and made up some excuse of a probation period when they previously said there was no probation.
They promised education and training. Their "education and training" was two appointments worth of shadowing a senior, no explanations given, before being "tested" on questions that were never asked, and blamed when you don't know how to answer exactly as they want you to.
In short, they'll tell you anything to get you in the door, so don't believe a word they say.
