The interview consisted of two rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager and focused on reviewing my background, previous internship experience, and overall fit for the team. The second round was a technical interview with a Principal Engineer, covering fundamental physical design concepts, timing, and practical PD problem-solving.

Question 1
How would you analyze and fix routability and congestion issues in a physical design, and what steps would you take at the floorplanning and placement stages to improve routability?
Two ASIC circuit design managers interviewed me for 45 minutes and just analyze the projects and ask you questions from your resume. They asked me about my oldest project and that was something I hadn't studied a lot. My project had to do with PCB Design. The analog circuit designer also asked me about MOSFETS.
