I had a recruiter email me asking me about 10 questions on why I would want to work at Cisco, then her next email was wanting me to explain my background and my certifications as my college degree was not in computer science...I already had the feeling I was not going to be a fit for what they were looking for but regardless I guess she had to make her quota.
