Interview
Verspreid over 6 maanden, verschillende rondes gehad. De eerste ronde was een online video interview met enkele simpele vragen over jezelf en over Cisco.
2 maanden later was de volgende ronde: een video pitch maken over wat jouw 3 beste kwaliteiten zijn voor deze sales rol.
1 maand later was de laatste ronde: het assessment. Een zware dag waar je pas enkele dagen van te voren informatie over kreeg. Het assessment was verdeeld in 4 onderdelen: technische toets, interview, rollenspel en een presentatie geven.
1,5 maand later kreeg ik de uitslag.
1 maand daarna kreeg ik een aanbod vanuit Cisco.
Al met al een erg langzaam proces met veel onzekerheid en redelijk slechte communicatie.

2. a small conversation with your future manager
3. presentation
4. role play
all materials will be sent one week before AC. You need to prepare well because there is no time on the AC day. Managers will observe you during your presentation and role-play.
