I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cisco (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2017
Interview
Series of 3-4 separate interviews spanning a few months. Can be a lengthy process but worth the time investment. First, HR screening, then 1:1 with potential manager, finally with a senior manager or director.

I interviewed at Cisco (Research Triangle Park, NC)
Interview
Numerous interviews with people asking the same questions. Felt rather scripted. I got asked the usual questions, strengths, weaknesses etc. Process took a very long time. Salary was accurate with what postion was advertised for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2024
Interview
Was contacted by a company recruiter several days after submitting the online application. We scheduled a date to speak for a 30-minute phone screening. She never called, and when I reached out to see if she planned to reschedule, she rescheduled the phone call. However, when finally speaking to her on the phone, it was very obvious that she had already checked out and wasn't interested and it was cut short. Several days later received a rejection email. It's fine to have been rejected from this job, no hard feelings. What gives me a red flag about this company is the disrespectful interactions of their recruiter. If they're not interested or change their mind before an interview, please just cancel it. No need to waste everyone's time by ghosting and then make it such a negative interaction.
Took 2-3 weeks of arrangement. Awesome team members are serious and take ownership. Asked on scenario and experiences. A lot of relationships understanding involved if personality fits job scope. Truly enjoy the interview process.
